Dear Clients and Friends,
I hope this letter finds you and your family happy, healthy and reflecting back to a year that is almost behind us! I hope that some of your goals and dreams came true! 
This year has been another productive year in Real Estate for me and my team. With the average home price being around $570,454 for the last six months, we are still expecting continued growth in sales for 2008. I have continued to attend Real Estate seminars throughout the year. In the summer, Melissa, my assistant, and I attended the Richard Robbins International conference in Vancouver, and have just returned from the National Association of Realtors Conference which was held in Las Vegas Nevada, and was attended by over 29,000 Realtors from all across the world.
