Choices Increase for Buyers
August 1st, 2006Buyers looking for properties to purchase have increasingly more choices as the number of properties available for sale on the Victoria Real Estate Board’s Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) rose again last month. A total of 3,318 properties of all kinds were available for sale in July – that’s 46% higher than the 2,275 properties available for sale in July of last year.
